We’re incredibly proud to announce that Megan Eighteen, Head of Development here at Swindon Home Finders, has officially taken up her position as President of ARLA Propertymark – the UK’s foremost professional body for letting agents. This appointment not only marks a significant moment in Megan’s career but also places Swindon firmly on the national lettings map.
Megan, who joined the Home Finders team in late 2024, brings a wealth of expertise to the role. Holding a Level 4 qualification in both Sales and Lettings, she has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to raising professional standards across the property sector. Her role at Home Finders involves shaping the operational side of the business and delivering training and support across all departments, ensuring that excellence is embedded at every level of our service.
As ARLA Propertymark President, Megan takes on the ambassadorial role of representing over 18,000 members nationwide. Her responsibilities include engaging with letting agents, landlords, tenants, and key policymakers to promote professionalism, education, and legislative best practice across the industry.
